DELIVERY POLICY - GOODS CHECK

1. Delivery time

a. Orders within Da Nang city: Delivery time is 2-3 days after placing the order.

b. Orders in the suburbs of Da Nang and other provinces: Time is 2-5 days for the central area of ​​the city and 5-6 days for the district, commune, town areas...

c. However, there are still limitations and delays due to objective reasons such as holidays, Tet, difficult to find delivery address, delays from the delivery service,... NeuraToy hopes that you sympathize for reasons beyond our control.

d. In case of a delay in delivery, NeuraToy will notify you immediately and will continue to deliver or support you in canceling the order if you wish. We will not be responsible for delayed delivery except for the responsibility of refunding money if you have paid but have not received the product.
2. Order confirmation time

- Delivery time starts from the time NeuraToy staff successfully confirms your order.

- Orders sent to NeuraToy before 10:00AM, NeuraToy staff will confirm on the same day and transfer to the shipping party on the same day.

- Orders sent after 10:00AM, NeuraToy staff will confirm and transfer to the shipping party on the next working day. (excluding Sundays, holidays, and Tet).
3. Product inspection policy

- Order confirmation: After successfully placing an order on the website https://www.neuratoy.com , you will receive an email confirming the order details and a confirmation call from NeuraToy customer service.
- Delivery: The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer through the intermediary shipping unit J&T Express.
- Check and pay: Upon receipt of the goods, please carefully check the product information and pay the correct amount according to the invoice.
*Note:
- NeuraToy does not support joint inspection, but you can return the goods for free within 14 days of receipt.
- In case of refusal to receive the goods, you will be responsible for the return fee equivalent to the shipping fee of the order.
- For convenience in returning, please record a video when opening the goods and keep the product packaging intact. NeuraToy does not support returning damaged products due to customer error.
